1、含义不同

be interesting in表示对哪方面感兴趣，be interested in强调感兴趣去做某事。

2、后面所接的动词形式不同

be interested in后接名词，构成固定搭配be interested in doing sth，意思是对什么东西对人很感兴趣，其主语应该是人或其他有生命的东西。
